Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Clintonville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The principal items for which proposals are invited are: unclassified excavation, base aggregate dense, EBS and sub-base course, hot mix asphalt pavement, concrete driveway apron, concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, steel pipe bollards (painted), construction erosion control, and traffic control and access. All proposals must be submitted on bidding forms included in the Project Manual furnished by Kunkel Engineering Group, LLC, and in accordance with the provisions of the Project Manual. Bidders must purchase bid documents from the Engineer or QuestCDN to submit a bid. Reproduction of bid documents will not be accepted from bidders. Prequalification of bidders will not be required. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to 5% of the bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the contract, contract performance bond and payment bond, and insurance certificates, as required by the contract documents, within 15 days after the notice of award. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid security as liquidated damages. The City of Clintonville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
