Demolition, site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Filbin Creek Pump Station is being upgraded with the replacement of the standby generator, and installation of new electrical equipment, controls, and the generator on a new raised platform to flood-proof the pump station. The project will include construction of the raised concrete platform, installation of an Owner-provided generator, and electrical equipment. The site improvements will include demolition and removal of the existing generator, pad, access stairs and platform, minor grading, and construction of a small section of concrete sidewalk.
