Sealed proposals are invited for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the FORT WRIGHT SALT STORAGE BUILDING PHASE 1 - SITE PREP project.The City Council reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids and will award to the responsible bidder offering the best and most responsive proposal, considering quality, service, performance record, and price. The City may award based on 'functional equivalence' regarding specified work or products.
