The Corporation of the City of Mississauga is seeking a General Contractor to perform designated substance abatement and demolition of accessory structures at a Heritage-designated The work involves abatement, demolition, and removal of four structures, including associated disposals, backfilling, and site restoration/landscaping, while ensuring the protection of the Hyde Mill Ruins heritage structure. The Contractor will provide all labour, supervision, equipment, materials, and coordination required to complete the work in accordance with relevant legislation, standards, permits, approvals, and heritage protection requirements, including measures to prevent vibration and any damage to the Heritage Designated structure.
