Site work for a water / sewer project in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Parks Lane Tank Painting project. The work includes the exterior and interior painting and alternate add-ons for the Parks Lane elevated 500,000 gallon tank located at the terminus of Parks Lane, Jessamine County. The project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Bidders are required to provide a bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent of the bid amount. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal regulations prohibiting discrimination and must certify compliance with relevant acts. QA date - 5-29-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
