Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,128-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Project consists of repairs and alterations to the existing EIFS-covered exterior wall and parapet wall and installation of single-ply retrofit roofing system over the existing pre-engineered metal building roofing with modifications to roof drainage, as indicated on Drawings. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
