The work includes the exterior and interior painting and alternate add-ons for the Parks Lane elevated 500,000 gallon tank located at the terminus of Parks Lane, Jessamine County. The project must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis. Bidders are required to provide a bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent of the bid amount. Bidders must comply with all applicable federal regulations prohibiting discrimination and must certify compliance with relevant acts.
