Description

Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a sidewalk / parking lot.

Location The location of the proposed construction activity ("the Project") is shown on the Site Plans Issued for Bid included in this RFP as Appendix I. In general terms, the location of the Project can be described as follows: Work will take place with curb, sidewalk and Upper Plaza work at Pleasant Street /Division Street intersection, with related curb, sidewalk, crosswalk and site improvements at Taft Street. Work operations occur on City owned land, City Street Right-Of-Way, and private land with improvements through though special license agreement between the City and the Landowner. Work to occur on the following property through special license agreement: o # 180 Pleasant Street o Assessor's Plat MAP 54 Lot 887 Question Deadline 06/11/2026 at 2:00 PM ET
