Hydrovac excavation to expose the existing weeping tile system and perform sectional cuts to facilitate camera inspection from multiple exterior locations within the project area, with the purpose of identifying any obstruction or blockage and completing localized repairs where required. If camera inspection identifies minimal or no obstructions and limited repair work is needed, the following scope of work will be undertaken: improve site grading to direct water away from the foundation and repair the perimeter drainage system; ensure gutters and downspouts are cleaned, functional, and extended at least 6 feet from the foundation to prevent water accumulation near the crawlspace; install new concrete-faced insulation; unblock or reopen the obstructed crawlspace vent to restore airflow and reduce humidity, introducing new louvers; and reinstate disturbed areas by seeding the construction zone.
