The Town of Newton, Manitowoc County, is soliciting sealed bids for projects including South 26th Street (Pheasant to LS) and Applewood/Rolling Hills with cold mix wedging and single seal coat using 3/8 black granite, and Lambert Lane and Law Lane with a full cold mix of 1 1/2-inch overlay. Complete specifications and bid forms may be obtained by contacting the Town of Newton Chairperson or accessing the town's website. The Town of Newton reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to accept any bid(s) deemed most advantageous. No bid may be withdrawn for thirty days after the bid opening without the Town's consent.
