The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to provide all materials, labor, equipment and incidentals necessary for Site Improvements at Cottage Park for PARKS-CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT, all in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items and all documents requested herein. This Project shall generally include the work shown on Drawings related to the Cottage Park Improvement Project. The Workshall include, but is not limited to: Mobilization Erosion and Sediment Control Site Demolition and Removals Earthwork Concrete Work Installation of Site Furnishings Finish Grading Seeding and Turf Establishment Miscellaneous Site Restoration Work of the Project consists of all labor, materials, articles, equipment, incidentals, items, tools, services, supplies, methods, operations, and skills in such quantities as may be necessary to complete the project within the intent of the Contract Documents.
