Site meetings will not be available at any other time. Date & Time: Wednesday, May 27, 2026, 9:00 am Eastern Time Location: 1 Coveside Drive, Huntsville, ON Bidders must sign in with The District’s representative at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. There is limited parking space available at the site. All personnel visiting the site must wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety boots and reflective vests. Bid submissions will only be accepted from Bidders who attend the mandatory site meeting. Bids submitted by Bidders that do not attend the mandatory site meeting shall be declared non-compliant and removed from further consideration. Each tenderer is responsible must satisfy themselves by personal examination as to the local conditions to be met with during the construction and conduct of the work. The tenderer shall make their own estimate of the facilities and difficulties to be encountered including the nature of the subsurface materials and conditions. Tenderers shall not claim at any time after submission of their tender that there was any misunderstanding of the terms and conditions of the Contract relating to site conditions.
