The project generally consists of sanitary sewer lining in various sizes of cured-in-place pipelining. The scope includes all equipment, materials, labor, training, warranties, and construction and/or installation services necessary to complete the construction. The Village of Wheeling reserves the right to waive irregularities, technicalities, informalities, and nonmaterial variances in any bid proposal and may reject all bids. Bidders are required to provide a 10% bid security and the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds covering the full contract amount, as well as comply with applicable Illinois and federal public works project requirements, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
