Chicago Executive Airport intends to select an engineering consultant to provide planning, preliminary engineering, design, construction, and special services as part of the airport's development program over the next five years. Eligible work must be performed and completed in a manner that is reimbursable from federal aid funds. The selection process will follow FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14D and IDOT-IDA requirements. Firms pre-qualified by the Illinois Department of Transportation to provide airport planning and engineering services and interested in receiving the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are instructed to contact George Sakas at Chicago Executive Airport by email. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Statements of Qualifications from interested firms must conform with the requirements outlined in the RFQ and be delivered to the airport office by the specified deadline. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway."
