Remodeling of an educational facility in Spiro, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Furnishing all labor and materials for the Spiro Public Schools Cafeteria Remodel project as shown on the drawings and specifications. Bidders must submit sealed proposals to Spiro Public Schools at the Superintendent's office at 600 W. Broadway St., Spiro, OK 74959, or by email to Richard Haynes. Bids received too early or late will not be considered. It is requested to mark the envelope as 'BID FOR SPIRO PUBLIC SCHOOLS CAFETERIA REMODEL; DELIVER TO MR. HAYNES.' A walk-through will be held at the project site on May 18, 2026, at 11:00am; attendance is non-mandatory. Drawings, Project Manual, and other bidding documents can be requested from Richard Haynes or obtained at specified plan rooms. Bids over $100,000 must include a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for forty-five days after the opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
