Site work for a water / sewer project in Spiro, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This solicitation is utilizing the Sealed Bidding procurement method as described in FAR Part 14 to award a firm fixed-price contract for the project titled WD Mayo Lock and Dam 14 Repair Embankment and Cherokee Chute downstream of the WD Mayo Lock and Dam 14 in Le Flore County, Oklahoma. The general scope of the design bid- build project consists of removing existing bedding stone on the crest and landside, along approximately 1 mile of the embankment, and replacing it with new bedding stone and riprap. Additionally, demolition and re-construction of some sections of the embankment will be required. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Bidders must be a SDVOSB concern and w ill be verified for eligibility. All plans, specifications, amendments, and the solicitation will be posted on the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). Please check PIEE and SAM.gov for amendments and/or updates to this solicitation. Please Note: Amendment 0001 was issued the following: 1. Update to Section 00 11 00, CLIN Schedule and 1442 (Change Shedule and Bid Opening Date) 2. Update to Section 00 73 00, Wage Determination (Change OK20240024 from 01/05/2024 to 04/05/2024) 3. Update to Section 31 00 00, Earthwork 4. Update to Section 35 31 19, Stone Protection All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amedment 0001 has been posted on PIEE.
