The work consists of the supply, delivery and installation of niche estate columbaria at St. Vital and Transcona Cemeteries. The major components include the supply, delivery and installation of two niche estate columbaria. Bidders shall provide details on the time period required from official receipt to delivery and completed installation on site, drawings or photographs and documentation illustrating dimensions, type of granite and other relevant details, the capacity of each niche including internal dimensions, internal compartment construction material type, product security features including method of securing individual niche compartment, locking methods, number of keys to be supplied per unit, and details of key replacement, details of internal compartment weather sealing method and internal door seal components including replacement, durability and operation, details of external fasteners for granite shutters including design images, thickness of granite shutters, warranty period and terms, granite colour choices available, and any other design features, items or services included in the bid. The work will be performed on an 'as required' basis and the type and quantity of work will be as authorized by the Contract Administrator and/or Users. The City has no obligation to purchase any quantity in excess of operational requirements and reserves the right to alter or terminate the contract with notice. Bids must be submitted online.
