Professional consulting services are required for the study of potential traffic flow improvements on St. Mary's Road, from St. Anne's Road to Tache Avenue. The services must be performed in accordance with the City's Project Management Manual and applicable templates. The consultant should use their professional expertise and notify the Consulting Contract Administrator if any City procedures are inconsistent with good industry practice. The scope also includes adherence to various City of Winnipeg policies, standards, and guidelines such as the Green Building Policy, Universal Design Policy, Transportation Association of Canada geometric standards and safety guides, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure best practices, accessibility requirements, tree planting and removal guidelines, construction specifications, culvert and drainage safety guidelines, and relevant City strategic plans.
