This project consists of the inspection of existing water services and fire hydrant. The work may take place anywhere in the Village but will be primarily located on Washington Street from Summit Ave to Monterey Avenue and Euclid Avenue from Madison Avenue to Highland Avenue. The scope of work for the project includes exploratory excavation investigation and other related and incidental work. Mandatory paperwork for the bid is provided within the bid documents. All paperwork must be completed and submitted with the bid submittal. Weekly documentation and prompt submittal of documentation, etc., during construction is required for this project.
