Renovation of a military facility in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Provide construction services to renovate and convert the M129 Hold room in the Main Building at the Alexandria Bay Land Port of Entry into a private shower room. This project includes all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the improvements as specified in the construction documents. Work must be performed in an occupied building without disruption to tenant operations. The contractor must be proficient in construction services including electrical, mechanical, ACM (asbestos-containing materials), and have experience in building repairs, renovations, and alterations. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all materials and labor as required by the design documents, drawings, and specifications, with a performance period of 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Only Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concerns will be considered. All proposals must be submitted electronically. Interested contractors must obtain the specifications and drawings by completing the necessary form for safeguarding Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Vendors must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award and are responsible for checking the solicitation site for any amendments or updates. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 06/05/2026 The Government will attempt to answer all requests for clarifications or interpretations of the Solicitation Documents prior to the date set for receipt of offers, but will not warrant that all such requests will be answered within 5 calendar days. Therefore, prospective Offerors should make such requests not less than 5 calendar days prior to the date set for receipt of offers.
