Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tyler, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of improvements, specifically providing a frictional asphaltic surface preservation treatment (GSB 88 Heavy) to approximately 4.5 lane miles of residential roadways. The materials are proprietary to the manufacturer and the installation equipment is specialized. Forms of proposal, contract, bonds, insurance, plans, and specifications are available at the City Engineer's office for a non-refundable deposit. Electronic versions can be requested by email. Bidders should note the requirement for a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) with the signed contract.
