Reference Number 0000424443 The scope of the project includes the excavation of the existing gravel roadbed, installing new aggregate base, HMA pavement, drainage improvements and remove and replace drive approaches as necessary and performing other associated work as itemized in the proposal. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor and equipment necessary and incidental to complete the Work as set forth in the bid advertisement in accordance with the City of Sterling Heights standards. A bid bond payable to the City of Sterling Heights, Macomb County, Michigan, in amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds.
