The project is for building renovations at Utica Community Schools in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Bids are to be submitted for the work as set forth in the bidding documents. Bidders must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the board or the superintendent, as well as a notarized Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. Bids without these disclosures will not be accepted. Bidders are responsible for checking the project website to ensure they have all addenda and related documents.
