Demolition and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brockport, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; swimming pool; and educational facility.
The project is the 2024 Capital Improvement Project (CIP) Phase 2 for Brockport Central School District and includes the following contracts: General Construction (GC), Plumbing Contract (PC), Mechanical Contract (MC), Electrical Contract (EC), and Site Contract (SC). The work includes the complete demolition and rebuilding of the existing natatorium at the Brockport Central School District campus located at 40 Allen Street, Brockport NY 14420, as well as other interior renovations such as locker rooms, wrestling room, and other ancillary spaces at the Senior High School. The project also includes the relocation of building fiber cabling from the Technology & Training Center building to the Senior High School. Separate sealed bids are invited for each contract, and bids must be mailed to the Business Office at 40 Allen Street, Brockport, NY 14420, arriving by 2:45 P.M. on the specified date. The contract number and project name should be noted on the outside of the envelope.
