Replacement of a 150-ton chiller at Building 1029, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in accordance with the Statement of Work and technical criteria contained in the RFQ. Work includes all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove the existing chiller and furnish and install a new chiller system, complete and operational, and in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and the attached SOW. This requirement is solicited as a 100 percent Total Small Business set-aside under NAICS 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $19 million, and PSC J041. Quotes will be accepted only from small business concerns; quotes submitted by firms that are not small businesses will not be considered for award. Contractors are responsible for verifying site conditions, and a site visit is highly recommended. All questions or concerns must be submitted in writing by email no later than 22 May 2026 at 10:00 a.m. CDT, with responses posted by the Government on SAM.gov as received. Quotes shall be submitted to the points of contact identified in the RFQ and must comply with all requirements of the RFQ, SOW, and applicable wage determination.
