Site work and paving for a road / highway in Goshen, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for furnishing labor and materials required for the paving of portions of Moler Road and Ingle Road, and the road surfacing chip seal for Lueders Road, Short Leuders Road, Long Glady Road, Ulrich Road, Johnson Road, Number 9 Road, and Ingle Road. Bids must be marked accordingly and submitted on a ton laid basis. All bids must be accompanied by a bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bidders must comply with statutory provisions governing prevailing wages for laborers and mechanics on public improvements. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. The Wayne Township Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Questions requiring interpretation within 3 working days of bid due date will be recorded and answered during the bid negotiations preceding the signing of the contract or may result in an extension of the bid due date at the sole discretion of the Township Award is subject to final approval.
