Renovation of an educational facility in Paris, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project consists of brickwork and lentil replacement at Mayo Middle School. The Services shall be performed under the terms of this Agreement at 300 South Eads Avenue Paris, IL 61944. 2. Contractor shall complete any and all Services in accordance with the terms, provisions and requirements of the Contract Documents. 3. Exemplary quality control and the Contractor's responsiveness to the needs and expectations of the District, its administration, and its staff are essential. Contractor will provide District with project management, staffing, materials, and labor (as set forth herein) for all Services in a manner Detailed Scope of Work and Window Location 1. Remove bricks above windows to allow for removal of lintel and salvage bricks for reuse. 2. Remove rusted steel lintel. 3. Install new steel lintel painted with rust inhibitive paint. 4. Install one-piece flashing termination bar, rubber membrane, weeps and stainless-steel drip edge. 5. Relay salvaged bricks in the same configuration as the original building. 6. Upon completion of restoration wash bricks with 600 Detergent to remove all mortar smears.
