The project consists of the demolition of structures on three specified tracts of real estate located in Paris, Illinois, described as follows: Tract 1 is Lot 19 in Levings, Jones & Hunt's West End Addition (607 Hunt Street), Tract 2 comprises parts of Lots Nos. 51 and 52 in Owen S. Jones' First Addition (510 Douglas Street), and Tract 3 is Lot No. 60 in Owen S. Jones' First Addition (702 Douglas Street). Bidders may submit bids on any individual or combination of tracts, but a separate bid must be submitted for each tract. Specifications of the demolition and details of the bidding procedure are available at the Paris City Clerk's Office, 206 South Central, Paris, IL 61944. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the City Clerk at the provided address before the stated deadline, at which time the bids will be opened and considered. Bids for this project will include costs of demolition of the building(s), removal of all building materials , filling in of foundation space, seeding of lot and removal of all rubble and rubbish presently located on the site . The project includes coordination with utility companies regarding removal of meters and coordination with the City of Paris regarding shut -down of water meter and capping off of water lines .
