Central, Paris, Illinois, legally described as part of Lots Nos. 15 and 16 in the Original Town, now City of Paris. Specifications for the demolition and bidding procedure can be secured at the Paris City Clerk's Office, 206 South Central Avenue, Paris, IL 61944. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the City Clerk before 10:00 a.m. on November 7, 2025, at which time bids will be opened and considered. A part of Lots Nos. 15 and 16 in the Original Town, now City of Paris, described as beginning at a point 17 feet South of the Northeast corner ofthe South Half ofsaid Lot No. 16; thence South 17 feet; thence West 87 feet 1% inches; thence North 24 feet 1 inch; thence East 5 feet II % inches; thence North 9 feet 11 inches; thence East 21 feet 2 inches; thence South 17 feet; thence East 60 feet to the place of beginning, and being Lot No. 3 of the County Clerk's Subdivision ofsaid Lots Nos. 15 and 16. Bids for this project will include cost of demolition of the building(s), removal of all building materials, filling in of foundation space, seeding of lot and removal of all rubble and rubbish presently located on the site. The project includes coordination with utility company regarding removal of meters and coordination with the City of Paris regarding shut-down of water meter and capping off of water lines and compliance with all State and Federal laws and regulations
