Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Gallatin, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The scope of work includes the construction and improvement of a new ambulance facility for the District in Daviess County, Missouri. The project is intended to provide updated ambulance bay space, living quarters, training facilities, and related exterior improvements in accordance with the District’s requirements. Bidders are to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, services, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work described in the solicitation and supporting materials. Interested contractors may obtain detailed solicitation documents, blueprints, and supporting materials by contacting Jason Smith, Director. Site visits to inspect the current facility should be coordinated through Jason Smith. Proposals must be received no later than forty-five calendar days after the date of issuance. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or minor irregularities in any proposal to the extent permitted by law, to request clarification or additional information from any bidder, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the district. **Documents are only available to serious bidders that are willing to pick up copies of the documents.
