Material list for the above is on file and may be obtained from Tonya Smith, Purchasing Manager, 1722 Pleasant Valley Road, Owensboro, KY. 42303 either by phone or at bids@rwra.org. Quotes must be delivered to the Purchasing Manager on or before 10:00 AM prevailing local time on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. At this time, they will be non-public. The Regional Water Resource Agency reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any irregularities in said RFQ.
