Provide and install a new Physical Access Control System (PACS) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) to replace end-of-life and unsupported security systems at two Veterans Administration Medical Centers. Work includes furnishing all required equipment, materials, labor, software, programming, and project management to install Software House CCURE 9000 access control systems with iSTAR G2 controllers and DMP intrusion detection systems, integrate Lynx duress/panic systems, and ensure interoperability with existing and future security infrastructure. Services include installation of controllers, panels, readers, keypads, sensors, cabling, network connections, terminations, labeling, system configuration, programming, testing, and phased deployment to maintain continuous security operations. The contractor shall perform acceptance testing, provide training for administrators and operators, submit complete documentation and closeout deliverables, and support phased implementation for access control and duress integration followed by intrusion detection deployment.
