Convert existing intelligence spaces to a controlled area within Building 145. Work includes all design and construction requirements necessary to meet controlled area standards, as defined in the General Requirements and all applicable attachments. The project is restricted to contractors within the specified MACC small business set-aside group and will be executed under the Design-Build or Design-Bid-Build IDIQ Multiple Award Construction Contract framework. All work shall comply with the contract requirements, security controls, and applicable technical specifications identified in the solicitation and attachments. PIs must be submitted in writing on the attached Pre-Proposal Inquiry Form (ATTACHMENT F) to Maria Bayse at maria.bayse.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 29 May 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
