Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Informal bids are invited for furnishing materials, labor, and equipment for the following construction work: approximately 720 square yards of asphalt overlay (1.5"), 6,125 square yards of new asphalt (2"), 2,745 square yards of seal coat, 720 square yards of single seal, 2,150 square yards of double seal, 5,440 square yards of asphalt removal, 405 square yards of full depth patching, paint striping to match existing conditions, adjustment of utilities, traffic control, and related work. Bidders must have a representative present at the mandatory prebid meeting. Bids must include all required pricing and be submitted by the deadline. Contractors must be licensed to do contracting in North Carolina. Henderson County encourages small, female, minority, and local contractors to bid, and promotes equal employment opportunity.
