Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to construct and install a new concrete sidewalk in accordance with all State, Local, and Federal laws and regulations, applicable industry and construction codes and standards, manufacturer specifications, and all contract provisions. The work consists of installing a new 5-foot-wide, 4-inch-thick concrete sidewalk along the west side of Dyer Street from Martin Luther King Boulevard to Aberdeen Street. The scope includes construction of new curb and gutter where none currently exist, replacement of existing curb and gutter where shown on the plans, installation of new ADA-compliant ramps at all intersections, required subgrade processing, and removal and relocation of existing signage that interferes with the sidewalk alignment. The contractor shall obtain all required licenses and permits, and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the work through final acceptance. All construction shall be completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with regulatory codes and standards. The contract duration is 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
