This requirement is for the replacement of two non-operational boilers at the Fairbanks Command Data Acquisition Station. The contractor shall remove and replace the existing boilers and provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental services necessary to deliver fully operational heating systems. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, applicable quality standards, and manufacturer specifications. The project is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act, and all construction activities shall comply with the applicable wage determination, safety requirements, and commercial standards identified in the solicitation and incorporated clauses.
