Provide interior painting services for classrooms, offices, hallways, and other designated spaces at KIPP Memphis Collegiate Elementary & Middle Schools. For the appropriate purchases, all material data safety data sheets (MSDA) must accompany all shipments covered under Tennessee Hazardous Chemical Right to Know Law. Questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this Bid must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Angela Wicks at awicks@kippmemphis.org by May 15, 2026 no later than 10:00 AM CST. This project calls for painting specified interior spaces of the school building at 2110 Howell Ave. Scope of Work 1. Interior Painting Work Consists of the following: a. Contractor will be responsible for moving and or covering any furniture, fixtures or contents to ensure they are not exposed to paint, dust, or other artifacts of the work being performed. b. Contractor will be responsible for all clean up associated with the project during and after completion. c. Contractor to apply and pay for any permits or fees associated with this project. d. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies, and materials to complete the work as specified, unless otherwise agreed with KMPS. e. Contractor is to schedule all work activities with the Building Supervisor and/or the Director of School Operations. f. All wall cracks and holes should be repaired and painted by contractor. g. All surfaces to be painted must be sanded as needed to prepare surface, primed with appropriate primer compatible with surface and paint, and painted with appropriate paint type compatible with surface to insure proper finish and durable adhesion. h. Any measurements stated in these specifications are approximate. Bidders are responsible for measuring and verifying wall measurements and any other measurements necessary to complete this project. i. All existing painted areas in specified spaces must be repainted. This includes walls, door frames, window frames and ledges where applicable. j.
