Description

Site work and new construction of a development in San Carlos, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a development; and for site work for a development.

This project is for the construction of the Shoreway Environmental Center Monument Signage. Project Description: Demolition of two (2) existing monument signs, plus concrete base. Existing sign (1) is approximately 10' - 4" wide and 8' - 0" tall. Existing sign (2) is approximately 7' - 4" wide and 8' - 0" tall. Existing signs have a concrete base of approximately 8" - 12" tall. Fabrication and construction of two (2) new monument signs, plus concrete base and footing. New sign (1) is approximately 10' - 4" wide and 15' - 0" tall. New sign (2) is approximately 7' - 4" wide and 11' - 6" tall. Concrete base and footing engineering to be provided in the scope of work. Work shall be completed within 60 Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. Optional Pre-Bid Site Visit: Owner will conduct an Optional Pre-Bid Site Visit at 1PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at Shoreway Environmental Center 333 Shoreway Way San Carlos, CA 94070. Question Deadline 05/29/2026 Bidders must direct all questions about the meaning or intent of Bidding Documents to Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda via email delivery to all parties recorded by Owner as having received Bidding Documents. Owner may not answer questions received less than 10 Days prior to the date for opening Bids.
