The project includes the permitting, site preparation, and installation of a prefabricated pavilion and restroom at the Richard E. Becker Preserve. St. Lucie County Environmental Resources Department (ERD) is seeking qualified contractors to provide a bid for permitting, Site Preparations, and assisting with installation of two structures, at the Richard E. Becker Preserve, 3398 Selvitz Rd., Ft. Pierce, FL 34981: o A 24' x 10'-10 1/4 " prefabricated Leesburg Concrete, Inc Restroom o A 40' x 52' prefabricated RCP Shelters, Inc Pavilion Bid security shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, St. Lucie County, Florida, in the amount of 5% of the total contract amount. Security shall be either certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Florida. Bidders may not withdraw their Bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids/proposals which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any proposal in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the proposal which best serves the County.
