Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project involves the replacement of a chiller at a Lansing School District facility. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. A bid security bond of five percent is required to be submitted with each bid. Bid inquiries received after May 28, 2026 at 2:00 PM will not be answered, unless the bid opening is postponed by addenda, or the work is rebid following post-bid addenda.
