The City of Toledo Fire and Rescue Department is accepting bid proposals for bathroom remodels consisting of four (4) shower stalls located at Fire Station #12, 3435 Chase Street, Toledo, Ohio 43611. The project includes two (2) showers in the men's locker room and two (2) showers in the women's locker room. Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: _ Removal and disposal of existing shower stalls and all damaged drywall _ Removal and disposal of existing shower valves and trim kits _ Inspection, removal, and repair of any damaged wood or materials in mold-affected areas _ Installation of new shower stalls constructed of 1/4 thick Swanstone (or approved solid-surface equivalent) for walls and appropriate base _ All installations shall be fully ADA compliant where required by law _ Furnish and install commercial-grade shower valves and shower heads _ Installation of moisture-resistant drywall, taped, finished, and painted with two (2) coats of color-matched satin finish paint _ Repair of epoxied floor and cove surfaces as needed _ Contractor is responsible for all cleanup and debris removal Bid proposals shall include: _ Any applicable warranty information _ Clearly stated assumptions or exclusions _ A proposed timeline for completion of the scope of work
