This project consists of two primary elements: 1. A Design/Build Fuel Farm including the design, permitting, provision, installation, and construction of one new 12,000-gallon AVGAS tank and one new 12,000-gallon Jet-A tank on an existing concrete apron. The work includes the removal and disposal of one existing 10,000-gallon tank and electronic self-pay dispenser system, any required tertiary containment, and civil and electrical site improvements. 2. Construction of an electrical backup engine generator set, including the generator, housing, fuel supply, support pad, trenching, conduit, and connections to supply backup power for the existing Airfield Light Vault and the new Fuel Farm. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
