The Evergreen House, dating back to 1925, is a historic Kelsey City home utilized by the Town of Lake Park Historical Society for meetings and outreach programs, and is also available for public events. Preservation improvements are needed for ADA compliance and safety. While structurally sound, the building requires storm-hardening and interior improvements. The objective of this ITB is to secure a qualified general contractor for the restoration work, which consists of two phases. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
