Site work for a pre-engineered storage facility in Lake Park, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Town of Lake Park is requesting written bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, permits, transportation, traffic control, testing, and incidentals necessary to construct a reinforced concrete pad for a proposed enclosed heavy equipment storage structure on 12th Street, Lake Park, Florida. The proposed pad shall measure approximately 30 feet by 60 feet and consist of a full 12-inch-thick reinforced concrete slab constructed over existing ground. The contractor is responsible for verifying field conditions, providing all site preparation necessary to ensure a stable, level, and properly compacted subgrade and base. The work must be performed in accordance with signed and sealed engineered plans as required by the Town and permitting authority. All questions must be submitted to townclerk@lakeparkflorida.gov no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. The Town of Lake Park reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, cancel or revise the invitation to bid before award, and negotiate final terms, including pricing, quantities, and project phasing.
