This project involves the replacement of an HVAC split system at the Merrimack County Attorney's Office located at 4 Court St., Concord, NH. The County of Merrimack is interested in receiving lump sum proposals for the replacement of a HVAC Split System at the County Attorney's Office in Concord, New Hampshire in accordance with the following; Scope of Work - Work will include, but not be limited to, the following; Recover and remove 5 ton air handler from upstairs closet and the condenser on the roof. o Existing equipment is R22 and new equipment is to be R454B so new line sets will need to be run above the drop ceiling and exit the brick wall so no walls will need to be opened up. Replace equipment with Bryant Preferred line of equipment or equivalent. Provide crane service to get condensers on and off roof. Provide Electrician for wiring. Provide "line hide" on exterior brick wall to conceal and protect the line set. Provide all required duct work fabrication. Provide all coring and penetrations required. Startup and checkout for proper operation and owner training.
