Specifications are: Cold Mix Paver Laid wedging/overlay using 100% virgin material-Hot Oil Seal Coating using PG 58-28 cutback liquid asphalt. Additionally providing cold mix pothole patching including a separate truck and operator. Upon request, bidder must be prepared to provide the town with qualifications & local references using these specified materials along with no sub-contracting.
