The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other nonpersonal services necessary to perform maintenance and repair of server chillers at Little Rock Air Force Base. Services shall be performed in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement and applicable standards, excluding items identified as Government Furnished Property or services. The work includes planning, coordination, execution, and surveillance of all required activities to ensure disciplined performance and timely application of resources to accomplish all tasks under the contract. All maintenance and repair actions shall support reliable chiller operation and meet Air Force performance and quality requirements.
