This website is for submission of bids for City of Madison Public Works Projects Any questions regarding this project should be directed to Emma Krug at the Parks Division at ekrug@cityofmadison.com or 608-263-6850. SCOPE OF WORK This project consists of installation of new game equipment, benches, concrete paths, grading and preparation of landscape beds at Newville (Kenneth) Park. The Contractor shall view the sites prior to bidding to become familiar with the existing conditions. The Contractor shall work with the existing utilities to resolve conflicts during the construction process. The design and ordering of the park game equipment and benches is excluded from the scope of this work. PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION DUE (2:00 P.M.) 06/04/2026 Only contractors that have obtained a digital ID from Bid Express will be able to submit an electronic bid. A digital ID may be obtained at no cost. However, it should be obtained in advance of submitting a bid as it may take several days to receive the digital ID. Submission of a bid also requires per-bid payment of $50, or a monthly subscription of $60 for unlimited bidding.
