The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the construction of a pre-engineered metal office building, pre-engineered metal covered open storage building, and associated site improvements including underground water pipe and electrical infrastructure, drainage, paving, striping, concrete, fence, wall, landscaping, and other site improvements within the City of Marco Island's water treatment plant located at 415 Lily Ct.
