Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lincoln City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of a new waterline. Primary items of work include constructing 621 feet of 8-inch PVC and 105 feet of 6-inch PVC water pipe, placing 141 tons of asphalt, installing fittings, reconnecting water services, and miscellaneous other items. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
